Combining strengths is what makes this Select Executive Team so successful. Working together at Pahlisch for over 14 years, Stacey and Roberto strive for excellence for their clients while leveraging their years of knowledge and experience.
Stacey covers the design, customer experience and product diversification while Roberto lends his understanding of all aspects of the build, trade partner relationships and price negotiations. This results in a truly personalized approach for clients who want a Pahlisch quality home on their own lot.
With her finger on the pulse of Select by Pahlisch Homes, Stacey is responsible for all aspects of the group. Her position allows her to empower Select’s internal teams to drive customer-centric experiences while building dream homes for clients. Stacey started with Pahlisch Homes back in 2004 as a trade partner in design and staging and rose through the ranks, learning from “the best of the best.”
As a leader, Stacey believes that having a good attitude and realizing each other’s “humanness” is what makes each of us matter. She feels that the manner in which we honor and support one another no matter the walk of life is key to living well. Stacey loves the outdoors and cherishes her son and husband who remind her daily how special her world is.
MANAGING DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Roberto came to Pahlisch right after graduation in 2003 thanks to an offer by his college roommate, Dan Pahlisch. Soon after being hired he was promoted to Field Supervisor and Safety Manager and was given his own development to run. Over the years he has has held multiple positions within the organization, each adding to his skill set which brought him to Select by Pahlisch Homes.

The Select team wants each client to be welcomed as part of the Pahlisch family. Team members focus on four key points to ensure that every interaction measures up to our standards: cultivation of relationships; excellence in quality; value built into the home; and active client communication.
Team Project Manager
TEAM PROJECT MANAGER FOR CENTRAL OREGON
Helping clients is the essence of Sonya’s position within the Select group. As Team Product Manager, she assists new clients in selecting a floor plan and choosing all their personalized options in the home. Sonya guides homebuyers step-by-step throughout the process and then welcomes them into their new home when completed. She likes to concentrate on creating a good customer experience for everyone she works with. Her knowledge of loans, easements, and property details also helps her serve Select clients.
Sonya brings the values of trust and honesty to every interaction. She believes they are a valuable key to successful relationships that she encounters at work and in her personal life. Sonya grew up in Prineville, Oregon and enjoys hunting and fishing, along with her deep passion for horses. She also likes family time and doing projects around her home.
Mike joined the Pahlisch Homes production team in 2012 as a Site Supervisor after 27 years building custom homes. He quickly moved to be a production manager, managing a team of site supervisors in the construction of homes in the SE Washington region. Today he is Project Manager for the Select by Pahlisch and enjoys working closely with clients in building their own personalized Pahlisch home. During his tenure, he has worked to produce hundreds of homes and has helped Pahlisch win multiple awards for being a premier builder.
Mike has always relied on his knowledge, integrity, and passion for building amazing homes through the years to give Pahlisch and Select clients their dream home. Outside of work, he is a proud father of two boys, a husband of 20 years to a fantastic and supportive wife, and a friend to people he meets.
Lonny started with Pahlisch Homes as a Site Supervisor and is now a Construction Superintendent for Select builds as well as the production side of the Redmond and Prineville locations. His recent work on the Parade of HomesTM showhouse that won eight awards is indicative of the care and pride he has in his work.
When Lonny shows up for work, he always brings integrity and honesty with him. He believes that communicating with trade partners in an open, fair way is key to the company’s, and his, success. When he’s not working, he loves to spend time with his wife and friends, go on hikes and take driving trips. Lonny also love to laugh…that’s just who he is.
DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER
While Laura works with all of the brands under Pahlisch Homes Inc., she has a special fondness for Select. She loves the fact that clients get to personalize their homes and enjoys watching the process. Laura’s job puts her in charge of all digital aspects of Select by Pahlisch Homes including the website, email marketing, and digital advertising. One of her accomplishments was launching all digital channels of Select by Pahlisch Homes at the 2019 COBA Tour of Homes.
For Laura, Pahlisch Homes’ family values are an important part of her job because they mirror her own upbringing. She feels the supportive and caring co-workers at Select make it a great place to work and helps her push herself to get to her end goals. When she’s not working, she enjoys University of Georgia football as well as hiking, cooking, and traveling, and shares her home with her husband and 11-year-old St. Bernard.
Our experience with ‘Select’ has been totally positive. Pahlisch Homes has built the home of our dreams and has invited and welcomed our input at every step of the building process. Rather than feeling like spectators, we felt like we were part of a team; a quality team with a winning record.
