Medical/Dental Plans

After 30 days of employment, you can choose from one of our medical plans to fit you and your family’s needs. We also make a generous employer contribution toward employees enrolled in the Health Savings Account (HSA). Additionally, our dental plan offers great perks like orthodontics coverage for children. 

Supplemental Plans

After 30 days of employment, you can choose to enroll yourself and your dependents in supplementary benefits like Medical and Dependent Care, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short-Term Disability, life insurance, or accident, cancer, and hospital stay insurance.

Paid Leave

Pahlisch Select embraces the work hard, play hard attitude of the Pacific Northwest. You have two weeks of paid vacation and start accruing additional vacation time and sick leave on your first day. Sick pay accrues at the rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, and there is a 90 day waiting period for paid leave use. Pahlisch observes nine paid holidays.

401(k) Savings Plan

Your future is important to us. After 30 days of employment, you can begin contributing to your 401(k) Plan. We also match up to 4% of your compensation after your first year and provide financial advisors so that you can plan for retirement.
